“emergence”
... consists of four steel and stainless steel pieces carefully and
precisely balanced using non-parallel axis of rotation. The wind driven
sculpture moves gracefully in light breezes and also in the most turbulent
conditions. This piece utilizes non-parallel axis
in three dimensions, as a result it will respond to light,
medium or heavy winds from any direction, by moving in complex, interesting
patterns that will captivate the viewer. This piece was inspired by meditations on the
water element.
